collection for 6 weeks (Only 3 books on a subject and/or author)

Letter of request on school or agency letterhead
TEACHER LOAN POLICY
The Teacher Loan Policy is intended to provide a beneficial service to Alhambra teachers and their students, while still allowing the Library to maintain adequate resources to meet daily patron requests.
All teacher loans are subject to approval by the Children's Librarian.
Materials may be borrowed for 6 weeks with the use of a teacher card.
All materials that are overdue are subject to the normal fine policy.
Teachers will be given a printed list of the titles they check out.
The Children's Librarians will work closely
with teachers to identify materials that will enhance and enrich their classroom work.
