Her research has been published in Nuestras Raices (journal of the Genealogical Society of Hispanic America), Herencia (journal of the Hispanic Genealogical Research Center of New Mexico), and the New Mexico Genealogist (journal of the New Mexico Genealogical Society). She is a founding member of the Genealogical Society of Hispanic America Southern California Chapter and previously served as editor of their newsletter, Huellas del Pasado (2013-2017).
