A group of older adults is participating in a gentle tai chi in chairs exercise class in a bright indoor studio or community room.

Practice mindfulness, meditation, and balance at Tai Chi & Chairs. 

 

Join instructor Sipoo Shelene of Two Dragons Martial Arts through this beginner friendly guided session. Chairs for stability will be provided.
