Join us for a monthly mental health wellness workshop presented by SSG Alliance. Topics will vary and include mental health literacy, coping skills, stress management, mindfulness, healthy habits, and self-care to name a few. Taking place on the 3rd Tuesday of the month through May 2026.
SSG Alliance is a consortium contracted by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH).
